Edgeframe provides market context, assessments, and alerts. It does not submit trades or manage funds. No market outcome, profit, or protection from losses is promised. Signals may be wrong, unavailable, or delayed, and historical results do not guarantee future results. Check official contract and settlement rules before acting. These risk disclosures do not exclude your statutory rights.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use support forms to send spam. Access depends on your current trial, membership, or administrator-granted entitlement.

Membership and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the interval and price confirmed at checkout until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise; 30-day and 90-day plans use those exact day intervals, not calendar months. Check the total, any applicable tax, and first payment date before confirming. The first payment follows any eligible remaining trial or granted period shown at checkout.

Manage cancellation through Membership & billing. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Contact support about billing disputes, service failures, or refund requests. A cancellation setting does not limit any refund or other remedy available under applicable law.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a service failure may entitle you to rectification, cancellation, a refund, or compensation. Risk warnings and maintenance credits do not replace these rights.

Availability

Maintenance and data-source interruptions may affect access. Any access credit is shown in your account and is separate from your Stripe billing date. Do not rely on Edgeframe as your only source of time-sensitive information.

Independent product and market eligibility

Customer access is not offered from Australia. Administrators may access the service for business administration. Location verification is required for customer access; do not bypass regional restrictions with a VPN or proxy. Existing customers can contact support or manage cancellation even when workspace access is unavailable.

Edgeframe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kalshi. Access to Edgeframe does not establish that you are eligible to use a prediction market, or that a market is authorised in your country. Australian company registration is not a financial services licence or regulatory approval. Do not use the service to bypass market restrictions or local law.

For service, billing, or consumer-rights questions, use Contact & support or email [email protected]. Include your account email and relevant dates, but never payment card details or passwords. You can raise a complaint without giving up any external complaint or legal rights.
