Privacy overview
Edgeframe uses account, membership, and support information to operate this service. Questions, privacy complaints, or requests for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to [email protected].
Information we use
Accounts include your email, display name, username, optional profile image, sign-in method, access dates, and account activity. Google sign-in supplies basic verified identity information, not access to your inbox. Account passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords. We use account information to authenticate you, administer access, and protect the service.
Payments and email
Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Edgeframe retains billing references and subscription/payment status, not your full payment card information. Transactional emails are sent through Amazon SES. Google, Stripe, and Amazon process information needed to provide their respective services.
Support requests
We store the name, email, category, subject, message, and status you submit to investigate and respond to your request. Required contact fields allow us to reply; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Authorised administrators can review tickets and receive notifications by email. Do not include credentials, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.
Storage and overseas processing
Where regional restrictions are enabled, we use the approximate connection country supplied by Cloudflare to enforce availability rules. This is IP-based country detection, not access to your device's precise location. Country detection can be inaccurate; contact support if access is blocked incorrectly.
Account sessions use cookies; the interface may store local preferences such as theme. Our service providers may process information outside Australia. Australian company registration does not mean all information is stored in Australia. Contact us about the providers and processing locations relevant to your request.
Account, billing, operational audit, and support records are kept to operate the service and handle requests. Deleting an account does not automatically delete separately held support, billing, or audit records. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes; deletion is not an automatic self-service action.
Your choices and complaints
You can edit your profile, sign out, manage billing, and choose whether to enable browser notifications. To request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact us with enough information to identify your account or ticket. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information; do not send identity documents unless we arrange a secure method.
If we cannot resolve your concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to check whether it can consider your complaint. This overview does not limit rights available under applicable privacy law.
